Refund Policy

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since receiving your order, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

Only regular priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items are not refundable.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace an item if it is faulty or damaged. If in this case you wish to exchange it for the same item, send us an e-mail to info@yogshi.com and we will give you the address of the center closest to you in order to send the product to them.

Shipping

To return a product, you must send it by post, please contact us by email so that we can give you the address of the depot closest to you.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from it.
